Good news! The National University of Singapore (NUS) will sponsor participants’ AUS programme costs, accommodation and most meals. Participants will only need to arrange for their own return airfare and transfers, visa, travel insurance and some meals.

Participants will have to present and attend all parts of the AUS programme from 7-19 July 2025. In addition, if their project proposal is selected and the AUS project grant awarded, participants will need to commit a further 3 months to see to project completion.

Participants will be selected through student registration submissions, which will be reviewed by a Selection Committee led by the AUS2025 Academic Lead.

Registrations are now open via online registration here. Please see above for the AUS schedule.

  • March 2025: Applications open
  • April 2025: Offers to shortlisted applicants
  • May 2025: Participant list confirmed
  • 6 July 2025: Participants arrive at NUS

Offers to participants will be made via email.

There is no accommodation gap for participants transitioning from RAS to AUS. RAS participants will check out of Valour House on the morning of 6th July and can check in to their AUS accommodation at UTown on the same day.
