The Asian Undergraduate Symposium (AUS) is held on 1 – 13 July, organised by NUS College (NUSC) that brings together undergraduates from Singapore, Asian regions, with a special focus on ASEAN participants, for cultural exchange, networking, and capacity development. AUS 2024 is co-organised with NUS Global as the NUS-AUN Summer Programme 2024. The theme of AUS 2024 is Interconnected Communities.

Now as part of the NUS-AUN Summer Programme, AUS in 2024 evolves to the current model which now includes more than 300 participants: NUSC undergraduates, tertiary students from Singapore, undergraduates from the Asian University Network (AUN), undergraduates from other ASEAN states and also participants from China, India, Japan and Korea. AUS 2024 takes the original AUS forward by both ensuring that meaningful academic and intercultural exchange remain while establishing a focused catchment of participants who are empowered to actualise proposed solutions to real-world problems.
